The pasta is prepared according to the instructions on the package. After boiling, drain, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
While the pasta is boiling, prepare the tuna and sour cream sauce. In a non-stick pot, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil together with finely chopped onion. When it starts to shine, add the crushed garlic, leave for a maximum of 30 seconds and add the frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer until vegetables thaw.
Add the wine and water, mix and let it boil for 3-4 minutes, then add the cream. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes on low to medium heat. The sauce should not become very creamy. Add the tuna with oil, salt, pepper and oregano, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and put the cooked and greased pasta with olive oil over the tuna cream sauce, mix well and let it rest for about 5 minutes after which it can be served with grated Parmesan cheese.
