Mini pizza with french fries - fasting

For rock:

Put flour, oil, salt, yeast and cold water in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients until a dough is formed that does not stick to the fingers.

Form a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.

Spread a rectangular sheet, grease it with oil, then with pizza sauce, put french fries and oregano.

Roll carefully and cut pieces of 2 fingers, put them in the pan and bake them for 10-20 minutes.
