Meatball soup with cabbage juice

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cook in a little oil with a little water, pour a little water over it and let it boil, after 15 minutes add the cabbage juice, broth and pepper paste. Let it boil under the lid.

Until the vegetables are cooked, prepare the meatballs: wash the rice, mix with the minced meat, 1 whole egg, chopped larch (mix very well!). After we have finished preparing the meatballs, we boil them (it is enough to boil the vegetables until we finish preparing the meatballs).

The meatballs boil for a maximum of 15 minutes. Before taking the soup off the heat, add chopped larch, bring to the boil and leave under the lid for another 10 minutes.
