7. Aranjați la fundul fiecărui borcan câte 1-2 căței de usturoi, tăiat felii. Nu folosiți ardei iuți, deoarece gogoșarii sunt picanți.

8. Umpleți borcanele cu gogoșari.

9. Turnați marinada clocotită (imediat ce o luați de pe foc). Acoperiți borcanele cu capace și sterilizați-le timp de 15-18 minute.

10. Închideți borcanele cu capace și întoarceți-le cu susul în jos. Acoperiți-le cu o plapumă și lăsați-le să se răcească.

Note:Alegeți gogoșari frumoși, rotunzi, simetrici și de aceeași dimensiune. Conopida trebuie sa fie proaspătă, crocantă și albă, fără defecte (pete maronii sau mucegai).
