8. Shape a small ball by rounding it on the work surface.

9. Place the buns next to each other in a tray lined with baking paper. In our case, 4 rows of 4 buns came out.

10. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 30 minutes. You will notice how beautiful the buns have grown.

11. In a small bowl, mix the egg with the milk. Grease each bun with the egg composition.

12. In the preheated oven, bake the buns at 180 ° C for 18-20 minutes (baking time depends on the parameters of the Right oven).
