Pasta with tomato and sausage sauce

Put salt water in a pot and when it starts to boil, add the pasta to boil for about 5 minutes.

Fry sausages cut into pieces, in the pan in which we will make the pasta.

Add finely chopped onion, spices to taste, mix and let cook together for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the vegetables with a blender or chop them finely, add them over the sausages, cover and bring to the boil.

When it starts to boil, add the pasta and water to cover.

Cover with a lid, stirring from time to time and bring to a boil until the liquid drops.


Boil the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, knead the cheese with a little salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into slices or cubes.
Finely chop the rosemary leaves.
When the pasta boiled, we strained it, but we did not wash it with water.

A little boiling water that remains on them, will form a delicious sauce in combination with cheese.

Put them in a pan with a little oil, add the cheese, tomato slices and leaves. rosemary.
Put on the fire for another 3 minutes and turn until the cheese melts.
