RECIPE PREPARATION Black homemade bread:

In a large bowl put sifted flour that mixes with salt. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and put the yeast over which the sugar is placed. Gently mix the yeast with the sugar and then slowly add water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and at the end add the oil. Cover the dough with a clean napkin and let it rise for 25-30 minutes. Divide the dough in half and put in two forms greased with oil. Let it rise for another 10 minutes, grease the bread with a little oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on one of them and flax seeds on the other. Put the bread forms in the hot oven for 10 minutes and then on medium for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the bread from the pan and wrap in a clean napkin for 10-15 minutes.

The best homemade bread recipe in the pot

The best bread is homemade. Without any doubts!

The smell and taste seem to come from another world. It makes me think of the most beautiful days of my childhood, when I went to the Cooperative to buy bread made on the hearth. I paid for one, I received alms for another.

Grandma kneading the dough is a little further in the memories, I didn't catch her so much that I could enjoy her enough.

This bread in the pot mimics this wonderful taste almost perfectly.

I took it from a recipe group a year or so ago. I'm not its author, I don't know who she is, but I've been an expert since I've been preparing her for the family.

Ingredients (for a loaf of bread):

  • 500 gr flour
  • a packet of dry or fresh yeast (I always have dry one in the house)
  • 1 teaspoon grated salt (I put Hymalaia pink or never, if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 350 ml lukewarm water (not hot)
  • Put the flour in a large enough bowl, in which we add the yeast, salt and honey.
  • Mix with a wooden spoon and add water, and mix until a fairly soft dough is formed. Until I start kneading with my hands, to feel the dough, I'm not completely happy.
  • Cover the basin with plastic wrap for one hour.
  • When the 60 minutes have elapsed, turn on the oven at 220 degrees and put a pot with the lid on in the oven, large enough for the bread to enter.
  • When the oven has warmed up with the pot in it, with MAAAARE care, we take the lid of the pot, and with our hands powdered with flour, we take the bread out of the bowl, we give it a round shape and pac! quickly put it in the pot, put the lid on and let it bake for 45 minutes.
  • We make coffee or tea and relax, inhaling the smell of warm bread.
  • After 45 minutes, remove the lid and let it brown for another 15 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the pot from the oven, the bread from the pot, smell it deeply and take a picture. Put it on Facebook, it's too beautiful not to be shown! Invite others to make healthy food with and with their children.
  • Leave it as airy as you can and eat it, preferably in the family, with everything you want. It goes with absolutely anything, especially butter!

The kneading process was manual, but I kneaded it in the car. I replaced the dry one with the fresh one and it turned out great.


I made the yeast mayonnaise + flour + a little water and left it to rise. After 10 minutes it was ready.


I put the ingredients in the straw machine and threw away some of the signs I had around the house: pumpkin, sunflower and poppy.


We let the machine knead it at will or we knead by hand until the ingredients are mixed.


DO NOT LEAVE YEARS IN THE CAR OR IN THE BOWL (IF YOU KNEAD BY HAND). PUT DIRECTLY IN THE TRAY IN WHICH YOU BAKE, IN THIS CASE, ONE OF 900 GR OR IN 2 SMALLER.


I greased a tray of straw with olive oil and sprinkled plenty of sesame seeds.


When the machine finished kneading, I took out the dough on the floured table with the same flour, and I gave it this shape (image next to it).


I put it in the tray, arranged it so nicely by hand and sprinkled some seeds as it called me on the spot (you will do as you like).


Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes for this amount or 25-30 minutes for half of the edge or until you take it out of the pan and hammer the bottom to sound empty.


I also make something else, either bread or cake, so in the tray after the baking time I take a knife with a long blade and stick it to one side to reach the middle, and if it comes out clean it's good.


the shell is a dream not to doubt it. crispy and fluffy and good middle and it stays that way, as long as you have the bread.


  • 1.2 kg of white grain flour
  • 800 ml water
  • 50 g fresh yeast (or 14 g dry)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil

Flour mix the sieve with the salt and put it in a bowl with high walls.
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water in which we melted the teaspoon of sugar and let it grow.

After 10 minutes we pour yeast & # 8222inflated & # 8221in the middle of the flour and start kneading by gradually adding little by little hot water and olive oil. Knead well, well until the dough acquires an elastic and soft consistency. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for about one hour.

When it is ready to be raised, we put it on the work table and shape it as we want, according to our imagination (I made 2 knitted loaves). simple (I sprinkled poppy seeds and sesame seeds). Let it rise again, about 30 minutes and then put in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes at 200-220 ° C. Enjoy!

Dark bread

Girls, I got my bread machine, Richard Murphy. I made a few but I have a dissatisfaction: the crust of the bread comes out very crunchy, too crunchy for my taste. So for a bread of 1250 grams I used the following: 300 ml whipped milk, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 500 g black flour Baneasa, 280 g white flour Grania, 125 ml warm water, 14 g dry yeast, 1 tablespoon honey. Heat the water to a temperature of 35-40 * C in which you dissolve the honey and the yeast. You put the ingredients in the car tank exactly in the order I wrote it.
